Because the estate is so large it can run more than one event at a time, the real work is locking your exclusivity zones and confirming no overlapping wedding on your dates, rather than a full buyout. For very small lists the scale and minimum spends are wasted, so we set expectations honestly. Elite structures the block by property to keep families grouped, plans the internal buggy and inclinator movement, and keeps rates transparent — final inventory and rates confirmed directly with the resort for your dates.
