Jaipur is Rajasthan's only international gateway — families fly direct to JAI from London, Dubai and Singapore. That accessibility, combined with sangeet-scale ballrooms at Fairmont Jaipur and the iconic Mughal-garden setting of Rambagh Palace, makes the Pink City the most logistically complete palace-wedding destination in India. Elite Wedding Planner keeps room blocks, convoys and wedding-week production under a single operating plan so the grandeur lands without the chaos.

Couples who want a full-scale palace celebration with sangeet-scale ballrooms, Amber Fort and Pink City backdrops, and a single airport that brings families in from four continents.
The city's popularity means peak dates at Rambagh Palace and Fairmont Jaipur go fast — often 10–12 months ahead. Convoy timing through the walled-city lanes and managing room blocks across multiple hotels require tight scheduling. We accept only 24 weddings in a season.
Venue shortlisting, palace liaison, JAI airport arrivals, room-block coordination across city hotels, Pink City convoy timing, Amber Fort photography window booking, sound permissions, and full wedding-week production.
Most families shortlisting Jaipur have a photograph of the setting in mind. What they underestimate is the week before: room allocations across three hotels, convoy routes through the walled city, a ballroom that takes two days to dress, and a baraat that must enter on cue. We have run that week for Jaipur families since 2011 — the planning habit is built in.

Rajasthan's only international airport (JAI) — direct services from London Heathrow, Dubai, Singapore and Doha mean overseas guests travel without a domestic hop.
Rambagh Palace's Mughal gardens on Bhawani Singh Road: the most photographed mandap backdrop in Rajasthan.
Fairmont Jaipur's Crystal Court seats over 1,500 — the only venue in the state combining a palace exterior with a genuine sangeet-scale ballroom under one roof.
Jai Mahal Palace and Samode Palace give couples heritage options at lower density, for weddings where atmosphere matters more than scale.
Amber Fort and the Pink City's arched bazaars provide ceremony and mehendi photography backdrops unmatched in the Rajasthan circuit.
A well-developed vendor ecosystem: the city hosts hundreds of major weddings each season, so catering, lighting and artist supply chains are mature and tested.

A wedding in Jaipur should feel unhurried — every hour planned so your family can simply be present.
Guests who arrived on time and found rooms ready. Convoys that reached the baraat point before the groom. A sangeet that began with the ballroom already full and the sound system checked. Photographs capture what looked beautiful; we manage what felt right.
Ready to plan your Jaipur wedding?
Six planning dimensions determine how a Jaipur wedding actually feels to guests: JAI airport arrivals spread over two days, room blocks across city hotels that may not communicate well with each other, Pink City convoy timing before and after pheras, sound curfews near palace walls, Amber Fort photography permits, and winter-morning temperature management for pre-dawn ceremonies. We plan each of these from the first planning call, not the week before.
The answer depends on two questions: how large is your guest count, and how important is it that heritage stone appears in every frame? In-city palaces offer the Pink City's arched skyline and Amber Fort proximity. Kukas resort-palaces trade that urban backdrop for wider lawns, easier vehicle access and all-under-one-roof rooming.
Tell us your wedding month, guest count, and whether you want an in-city palace address or the logistics ease of a Kukas resort. We check availability at Rambagh, Fairmont and their alternatives and come back with honest dates and a venue shortlist.

Goner Road, Jaipur
Best for: Low-rise luxury villas, garden pavilions, polished in-resort hospitality for discerning families.

Rajasthan's only international airport is in Jaipur. We schedule arrivals across two days, brief drivers, coordinate room-readiness and run a welcome desk so families landing from overseas step into a managed welcome.
Rambagh and Fairmont negotiate directly with us, not through a commission chain. Our planning fee is separate from venue and vendor billing, so every palace rupee is visible to you.
Fairmont's Crystal Court and Rambagh's garden lawns have different production rules: load-in timing, curfews, power provisions and backup plans. We have run both and blend them into a single wedding-week schedule.
Fort photography windows open and close with ASI permits and crowd cycles. We book the window, brief the photographer and build it into the day's convoy plan so the shoot happens, not just gets attempted.
We take only 24 weddings a season — roughly 40% are reserved by the time November opens. Families who brief us in March for a December wedding get the first choice of palace dates and rooms.
Sujay Pathak and Ruchita Pathak have planned Jaipur palace weddings since 2011. Every Jaipur brief goes through them, not a junior coordinator managing fourteen events simultaneously.
Rambagh Palace and Jai Mahal operate under ASI and INTACH conservation guidelines. Sound levels, vendor access and open-flame rules vary by palace and function. We check each palace's current conditions per your dates — no standard answer applies across all venues.
Jaipur palace weddings vary widely by venue tier, guest count, room-block spread, ballroom production and artists. Rather than offer a number that misleads, share your guest count, preferred palace style and budget range — we give you a realistic venue shortlist and budget shape within 48 hours.
Tell us guest count, month and budget, and we'll shortlist the right fit.
We'll audit it for guest flow, backup spaces and real logistics before you block dates.
We help families decide by guest profile, budget shape and the experience you want.
Rambagh or Fairmont? December or February? 200 guests or 600? Share what you know — even rough numbers — and we check availability, outline a realistic venue shortlist and flag any timing risks. No obligation.
