Real Dubai weddings
The photographs matter. So does what families remember from a well-planned luxury wedding: parents staying calm, guests feeling looked after, budgets staying visible and functions beginning on time.
01Pallavi & Jitesh“We wanted the wedding to feel warm and personal even with so many guests. Elite made sure every ceremony had room to breathe and every guest felt considered. The result was more than beautiful. It felt like our story.”

Dubai
These couples trusted us. Their Dubai weddings were planned with one accountable team, one flat fee and zero vendor markups.
Couples who want a polished, international destination: beach ceremonies, skyline receptions, desert sundowners, easy guest travel and five-star hospitality in one city.
Summer heat, guest visas for some passports, customs on imported decor, beach and sound permissions, licensed-venue alcohol rules and the cross-border production that comes with planning from India.
Venue shortlisting, guest visa and travel coordination, room blocks, decor import and customs logistics, vendor sourcing, permissions guidance and wedding-week production.
Three distinct settings in one city — beachfront on the Palm, skyline towers, and the open desert — without long internal transfers.
Visa-friendly access for many nationalities, with most guests flying into a single major hub.
World-class, multi-lingual five-star hospitality used to large Indian and international weddings.
A natural multi-day format: welcome, mehendi, sangeet, beach or garden pheras and a skyline reception.
Direct connectivity to Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and most metros, plus easy onward links for overseas guests.
Reliable infrastructure, premium vendors and a calendar that runs smoothly through the cool-season months.

A wedding in Dubai should feel unhurried — every hour planned so your family can simply be present.
Beautiful photographs matter. But what families remember is whether guests cleared visas and immigration, rooms were ready, the imported decor cleared customs in time, beach setups were signed off, food moved well and every function began without panic.
Ready to plan your Dubai wedding?
Cross-border weddings go wrong when planners ignore guest visas, customs clearance on imported decor, beach and amplified-sound permissions, licensed-venue alcohol rules, summer heat and the timing gap between an Indian vendor team and a UAE venue. We plan for all of it before it becomes a problem on the ground.
Dubai lets you pick the backdrop. The right choice depends on guest count, the look you want, how central you need to be and whether you're building a beach, tower or dune experience around your functions.
Tell us your wedding month, guest count and budget range. We shortlist beach, skyline and desert venues that fit the celebration and the guest list — not just the brochure.

Detail control, guest flow & execution quality
A destination wedding is not only decor. Families want to feel heard, budgets need clarity, guests flying across borders need real care, and the couple should feel present through the celebration.

Venue liaison, beach permit guidance, decor setup, ceremony timing

Production, lighting, vendor timing, hospitality

Transfers, setup logistics, sound, guest flow
We don't shortlist by brochure beauty alone. We check guest count, room blocks, beach access, backup spaces for heat or wind, function flow, customs needs and production access.
Guest visas, flights, room blocks, decor import and customs clearance, and crew movement between India and the UAE are planned as one system, not improvised on arrival.
Our planning fee stays separate from vendor billing, so decisions stay clean and vendor costs stay visible.
Airport arrivals, rooming, welcome desks, RSVPs, transfers and family support are planned from day one for guests arriving from many cities.
Decor, florals, stage, sound, lighting, power, permissions and setup timing are planned as one — including licensed-venue and beach-permit realities.
Sujay Pathak, Ruchita Pathak and Aloha Mehta lead planning standards and execution quality.
Visa rules differ by passport. Some nationalities, including many Indian travellers with a qualifying visa or residence, may be eligible for visa-on-arrival; others apply for a pre-approved e-visa, typically a few working days ahead. We help guests understand which route applies and build travel timelines around it — we don't issue visas.
Civil marriage rules in the UAE depend on residency and your home-country requirements: Dubai's own service generally needs at least one party with Dubai/UAE residency, while non-resident couples commonly use the Abu Dhabi Civil Family Court, which accepts non-residents. Documents usually need attestation and certified Arabic translation. Beach setups, amplified sound and outdoor functions need venue and authority sign-off, and alcohol is served through licensed venues. We guide you and route the legal steps to a UAE licensed lawyer or notary — we don't make legal promises.
Dubai weddings vary widely by venue, guest count, hospitality, decor, production, imported elements and artists, and exchange-rate movement affects costs from India. Rather than quote a misleading number, share your dates, guest count and budget range — we'll give realistic venue direction and a budget shape that fits.
Tell us guest count, month and budget, and we'll shortlist the right fit.
We'll audit it for guest flow, backup spaces and real logistics before you block dates.
We help families decide by guest profile, budget shape and the experience you want.
Tell us where you are in the process. We will help you make the next decision calmly: beach vs skyline vs desert, venue fit, guest visas and travel, guest count, budget shape or wedding-week plan.
