Real Jodhpur weddings
The photographs matter. So does what families remember from a well-planned luxury wedding: parents staying calm, guests feeling looked after, budgets staying visible and functions beginning on time.

02Bryan & Soumya“Umaid Bhawan is a grand place, but what we remember most is how the weekend felt like it was ours. Elite made sure every event connected back to us and the people we love. The laughter and energy came through because nothing felt forced or overproduced. It was effortless in the best way.”

These couples trusted us. Their Jodhpur weddings were planned with one accountable team, one flat fee and zero vendor markups.
Sandstone palace ceremonies, fort and Blue City backdrops, intimate-to-grand celebrations and a celebration with a strong sense of place.
Old-city access and narrow lanes, Mehrangarh Fort's separate Trust permissions, domestic-only airport for arrivals, room blocks across hotels and cool winter mornings.
Venue shortlisting, palace and fort liaison, guest hospitality, rooming and transfer logistics, decor, vendors, permissions guidance and wedding-week production.
Authentic Marwar grandeur — golden sandstone palaces under a real fort, not a built set.
An instantly recognisable backdrop: Mehrangarh Fort and the indigo old city in every frame.
A range of settings, from in-city palaces and walled-city boutiques to desert-edge forts.
A natural multi-day format: welcome, mehendi, haldi, sangeet, pheras and reception.
Strong heritage-hotel hospitality used to hosting royal-scale weddings.
Direct domestic access via Jodhpur Airport (JDH) from Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

A wedding in Jodhpur should feel unhurried — every hour planned so your family can simply be present.
Beautiful photographs matter — and Jodhpur gives them freely. But what families remember is whether guests reached on time through the old city, rooms were ready across hotels, permissions cleared before setup, food moved well and every function began without panic.
Ready to plan your Jodhpur wedding?
Marwar weddings go sideways when planners overlook old-city access through narrow lanes, the Mehrangarh Museum Trust's separate permissions and lead times, room blocks across heritage hotels, transfers from a single domestic airport, sunset and muhurat timing and cool winter mornings. We plan for all of it before it becomes a problem.
Both make for unforgettable Jodhpur weddings. The right choice depends on guest count, room blocks, how much old-city access you can tolerate, whether you want the fort in frame, and your function style.
Tell us your wedding month, guest count and budget range. We shortlist palace, fort and resort venues that fit the celebration and the logistics — not just the brochure.

Design, hospitality & family experience

Detail control, guest flow & execution quality
A destination wedding is not only decor. Families want to feel heard, budgets need clarity, guests need care, permissions need handling, and the couple should feel present through the celebration.

Venue liaison, decor setup, ceremony timing, guest movement

Production, lighting, vendor timing, hospitality

Stage, sound, artist coordination, guest flow
We don't shortlist by brochure beauty alone. We check guest count, room blocks, old-city access, fort permissions, backup spaces, event flow, transport and production access.
Our planning fee stays separate from vendor billing, so decisions stay clean and vendor costs stay visible.
Airport arrivals, rooming across hotels, welcome desks, RSVPs, transfers through the old city and family support are planned from day one.
Mehrangarh Museum Trust applications, heritage-site rules, sound limits and approved-caterer conditions are tracked early, with realistic lead times.
Decor, florals, stage, sound, lighting, power, permissions and setup timing are planned as one system.
Sujay Pathak, Ruchita Pathak and Aloha Mehta lead planning standards and execution quality.
Select Mehrangarh Fort spaces are available for private events under Mehrangarh Museum Trust permission — separate from the venue and best applied for well in advance, with conditions such as no open flame in heritage spaces and approved caterers. Heritage-hotel rules, capacity and sound limits also vary by venue and season. We guide you through what each venue allows and plan realistic timelines — we don't make legal promises.
Legal solemnisation in India typically runs under the Special Marriage Act, 1954, which involves a 30-day notice/residency requirement and documentation. For travel, most nationalities are eligible for India's e-Visa (including the e-Tourist Visa) — we confirm each guest's category — and all foreign nationals and OCI cardholders now complete the mandatory e-Arrival Card within 72 hours of arrival. Many couples keep the legal registration at home and treat Jodhpur as the celebration — we coordinate the ceremony, not the legal filing, and recommend confirming current rules with the relevant authority.
Jodhpur weddings vary widely by venue, guest count, hospitality, decor, production and artists, and fort or heritage spaces add permission and setup costs. Rather than quote a misleading number, share your dates, guest count and budget range — we'll give realistic venue direction and a budget shape that fits.
Tell us guest count, month and budget, and we'll shortlist the right fit.
We'll audit it for guest flow, backup spaces and real logistics before you block dates.
We help families decide by guest profile, budget shape and the experience you want.
Tell us where you are in the process. We will help you make the next decision calmly: old-city vs outskirts, fort vs palace, venue fit, guest count, budget shape or wedding-week plan.
