From Elite weddings
The photographs matter. So does what families remember from a well-planned luxury wedding: parents staying calm, guests feeling looked after, budgets staying visible and functions beginning on time.
“The team's preparation allowed us to enter every celebration with confidence and leave with only good memories. That is the real measure of good planning.”
Raghav & Radhika
02Vishal & Khushboo“Elite understood that we did not want a sequence of events. We wanted a weekend that felt like a natural extension of who we are. They made that happen without us having to explain it twice.”
Vishal & Khushboo
These couples trusted us. Their Bali weddings were planned with one accountable team, one flat fee and zero vendor markups.
Clifftop ceremonies over the Indian Ocean, beachfront receptions, lush Ubud valley settings, sunset pheras and an island celebration with a distinct, photogenic backdrop.
It is overseas — flights and visas from India, the Nov–Mar wet season, sound-curfew limits, transfer windows between cliff venues and room-block hotels, licensed outside Indian catering, and decor import lead times.
Venue fit, room blocks, India–Bali flights and visa guidance, airport and ceremony-day transfers, licensed Indian catering, decor import, ceremony permits and wedding-week production.
Dramatic Uluwatu clifftops where pheras frame nothing but the Indian Ocean and the sunset.
Beachfront resorts in Nusa Dua and Jimbaran built for large, multi-day celebrations.
Lush river-valley settings around Ubud for an intimate, green, jungle-edge wedding.
A natural multi-day flow: welcome, haldi, mehndi, sangeet, baraat, pheras and reception.
Experienced luxury resorts and dedicated wedding estates that host Indian Hindu ceremonies.
Reachable from India via direct and one-stop flights into Denpasar (DPS).

A wedding in Bali should feel unhurried — every hour planned so your family can simply be present.
The clifftop frames are unforgettable. But what families remember is whether visas and flights were handled, rooms were ready, transfers ran on time between venues and hotels, the Indian food was right, and every function began without panic — all coordinated from India.
Ready to plan your Bali wedding?
Overseas island weddings unravel when planners ignore the wet-season window, transfer times between clifftop venues and room-block hotels, sound-curfew limits, ceremony permits, licensed outside catering, decor import lead times and the realities of moving a full guest list through flights and visas. We plan for all of it before a date is held.
Each side of Bali creates a different wedding. The right choice depends on guest count, the look you want, transfer tolerance, whether the venue has rooms on-site, and how central the ocean (or the jungle) should feel to your celebration.
Tell us your wedding month, guest count and budget range. We shortlist clifftop, beachfront and valley venues that fit the celebration — checking room blocks, transfer windows, exclusivity, catering rules and the season, not just the brochure.

Detail control, guest flow & execution quality
An overseas wedding is not only decor. Families want to feel heard, budgets need clarity, guests need flights, visas and rooms handled, and the couple should feel present through the celebration — not chasing vendors abroad.

We confirm whether a clifftop, beachfront or valley venue truly fits your guest count, functions and budget — including whether it has rooms on-site or needs a paired block hotel — before you commit, in writing.
Direct and one-stop flights to Denpasar (DPS), visa guidance for Indian and international guests, airport meet-and-greet, room blocks and ceremony-day transfers are planned from Mumbai.
Our planning fee stays separate from vendor billing, so an overseas budget stays clear and vendor costs stay visible with no hidden commissions.
Where the venue permits, we bring in licensed outside Indian or Jain caterers and source or import mandap, florals and decor — planning hygiene, customs and lead times.
We plan inside the April–October dry window, secure ceremony permits, manage sound-curfew limits, and keep a covered or indoor backup ready for a tropical shower.
Sujay Pathak, Ruchita Pathak and Aloha Mehta lead planning standards and execution quality on the ground in Bali.
The nearest airport is I Gusti Ngurah Rai / Denpasar International (DPS), with direct and one-stop flights from Mumbai and Delhi. Indian passport holders currently use a Visa-on-Arrival / e-VoA for short tourist stays, and other nationalities have their own rules; the fee, stay length and passport-validity requirements change, so we verify the current position for every guest group before booking. We do not make immigration promises.
Bali wedding budgets vary widely by area, venue, guest count, flights, room nights, catering, decor import and the season — and clifftop and beachfront dates price up over the July–September peak. Rather than quote a misleading number, share your dates, guest count and budget range and we'll give realistic venue direction and a budget shape that fits, with vendor billing kept separate and transparent.
Tell us guest count, month and budget, and we'll shortlist the right fit.
We'll audit it for guest flow, backup spaces and real logistics before you block dates.
We help families decide by guest profile, budget shape and the experience you want.
Tell us where you are in the process. We'll help you make the next decision calmly: cliff vs beach vs valley, venue fit, guest count, the India–Bali flight and visa plan, budget shape or wedding-week plan.
