The photographs matter. So does what families remember from a well-planned luxury wedding: parents staying calm, guests feeling looked after, budgets staying visible and functions beginning on time.
“The team's preparation allowed us to enter every celebration with confidence and leave with only good memories. That is the real measure of good planning.”
Raghav & Radhika
02Vishal & Khushboo“Elite understood that we did not want a sequence of events. We wanted a weekend that felt like a natural extension of who we are. They made that happen without us having to explain it twice.”
Vishal & Khushboo
These couples trusted us. Their Kerala weddings were planned with one accountable team, one flat fee and zero vendor markups.
Backwater serenity, beachfront ceremonies, intimate-to-mid celebrations, lush greenery and a slower, nature-led guest experience.
Two monsoon windows, humidity, covered-backup planning, road transfers from the airport, houseboat and waterfront capacity limits, and venues that are more boutique than mega-scale.
Venue shortlisting, monsoon-aware scheduling, airport transfers, room blocks, decor, vendors, covered backups, permissions guidance and wedding-week production.
Backwater and beach settings that feel calm, green and genuinely different from a palace or city wedding.
Vembanad Lake at Kumarakom and the Alleppey lagoons give open-water ceremony backdrops you cannot recreate elsewhere.
Kovalam adds an Arabian-Sea beach option in the south, close to Trivandrum airport.
A natural fit for intimate-to-mid celebrations and multi-day stays where guests slow down and stay together.
Strong resort hospitality with Ayurveda spas, houseboats and waterfront lawns built for events.
Good access via Cochin International (COK) for central Kerala and Thiruvananthapuram (TRV) for the southern coast.

A wedding in Kerala should feel unhurried — every hour planned so your family can simply be present.
Beautiful water and green make easy photographs. What families remember is whether guests reached comfortably from the airport, rooms were ready, transfers and boats ran on time, the weather backup held, food moved well and every function began without panic.
Ready to plan your Kerala wedding?
Backwater and beach weddings turn stressful when planners ignore monsoon timing, humidity, covered backups, road transfers from the airport, houseboat and waterfront capacity, tide and light timing, and how spread out a resort property can be. We plan for all of it before it becomes a problem on the day.
Both make a distinct Kerala wedding. The right choice depends on the look you want, guest count, how far guests will travel from the airport, your tolerance for humidity and how central the water should feel to every function.
Tell us your wedding month, guest count and budget range. We shortlist backwater and beach venues that actually fit your celebration — capacity, covered backups, transfers and flow — not just the brochure view.

Beach Road, Kovalam, Thiruvananthapuram
Best for: Cliff-top and beach lawns over the Arabian Sea, southern-Kerala access from Trivandrum.

Willingdon Island, Kochi
Best for: Harbour and waterfront settings in Kochi, heritage charm, easy COK airport access.

Bolgatty Island, Kochi
Best for: Large waterfront lawns and ballroom for bigger guest counts, island setting near Kochi.

Vembanad Lake, Kumarakom
Best for: Lakefront ceremony lawns and houseboat options for intimate-to-mid backwater weddings.

Alappuzha (Alleppey)
Best for: Open-water lagoon backdrops and canal settings for a distinct backwater celebration.

Planning & production standards

Design, hospitality & family experience

Detail control, guest flow & execution quality
A destination wedding is not only decor. Families want to feel heard, budgets need clarity, guests need care across transfers and stays, and the couple should feel present through every function.

Venue liaison, decor setup, ceremony timing, guest movement

Production, lighting, vendor timing, hospitality

Stage, sound, artist coordination, guest flow
We don't shortlist by water views alone. We check guest count, waterfront and houseboat capacity, covered backups, transfer times from the airport, event flow and production access.
Kerala has two monsoons. We plan dates and covered backups around the southwest and northeast rains so weather never decides your wedding for you.
Our planning fee stays separate from vendor billing, so decisions stay clean and vendor costs stay visible.
Airport transfers, room blocks, welcome desks, RSVPs and family support are planned from day one — Kerala distances are real.
Decor, florals, stage, sound, lighting, power, permissions and humidity-proof setup are planned as one system.
Sujay Pathak, Ruchita Pathak and Aloha Mehta lead planning standards and execution quality.
The southwest monsoon (roughly June–September) is also Kerala's Ayurveda season — Karkidakam treatments draw their own travellers — but it is not a guaranteed-dry wedding window. Humidity stays high near the water year-round, so decor, sound and covered backups are planned accordingly. We plan realistically and don't make weather promises.
Kerala backwater and beach weddings vary widely by venue, guest count, hospitality, decor, production, transfers and artists. Rather than quote a misleading number, share your dates, guest count and budget range — we'll give realistic venue direction and a budget shape that fits.
Tell us guest count, month and budget, and we'll shortlist the right fit.
We'll audit it for guest flow, backup spaces and real logistics before you block dates.
We help families decide by guest profile, budget shape and the experience you want.
Tell us where you are in the process. We will help you make the next decision calmly: backwaters vs beach, venue fit, dates around the monsoon, guest count, budget shape or wedding-week plan.
