The photographs matter. So does what families remember from a well-planned luxury wedding: parents staying calm, guests feeling looked after, budgets staying visible and functions beginning on time.
“The team's preparation allowed us to enter every celebration with confidence and leave with only good memories. That is the real measure of good planning.”
Raghav & Radhika
02Vishal & Khushboo“Elite understood that we did not want a sequence of events. We wanted a weekend that felt like a natural extension of who we are. They made that happen without us having to explain it twice.”
Vishal & Khushboo
These couples trusted us. Their Phuket weddings were planned with one accountable team, one flat fee and zero vendor markups.
Barefoot sunset ceremonies, clifftop and beachfront receptions, resort buy-outs for a multi-day celebration, and a tropical wedding within easy direct-flight reach of India.
The May–October monsoon and a firm wet-weather plan, beach-ceremony permits and public-beach sound curfews, licensed outside Indian/Jain catering, room blocks across resorts, and Thailand's legal-marriage process if you want the registration done there.
Resort shortlisting, beach and cliff venue liaison, licensed Indian catering, guest hospitality, room blocks and transfers from HKT, decor and production, permits guidance and full wedding-week execution.
A genuine Andaman-coast tropical wedding — west-facing beaches that hand you a sunset ceremony almost every clear evening.
Resorts that range from private-headland buy-outs to all-villa estates and clifftop properties over Phang Nga Bay.
Direct flights from several Indian cities into one airport, so guests land close to the venue rather than connecting twice.
A natural multi-day format: welcome dinner, mehendi, haldi, sangeet, beach pheras and a reception under the stars.
Five-star resort hospitality used to hosting large, catered Indian weddings end to end.
Indian passport holders currently enter Thailand visa-free for tourism, which keeps guest travel simple.

A wedding in Phuket should feel unhurried — every hour planned so your family can simply be present.
The beach photographs take care of themselves — Phuket gives you a sunset every clear evening. What families remember is whether guests cleared the airport and reached the resort smoothly, rooms were ready across properties, the Indian menu was right and licensed, the beach permit was in hand, the weather backup was real, and every function began on time.
Ready to plan your Phuket wedding?
Andaman weddings go wrong when planners ignore the monsoon calendar and skip a real wet-weather backup, assume any beach ceremony is automatic, leave Indian and Jain catering to a Thai resort kitchen, underestimate room blocks across properties, or miss public-beach sound curfews. We plan for the season, the permits, licensed catering and guest logistics before any of it becomes a problem.
Both make for unforgettable Phuket weddings. The right choice depends on guest count, whether you want feet-in-the-sand pheras or a dramatic clifftop reception, how much privacy a buy-out needs, the strength of the indoor wet-weather backup, and your function style.
Tell us your wedding month, guest count and budget range. We shortlist beachfront, clifftop and all-villa resorts that fit the celebration and the logistics — weather backup, licensed catering and room blocks included — not just the brochure shot.

Planning & production standards

Design, hospitality & family experience

Detail control, guest flow & execution quality
A destination wedding is not only decor. Families want to feel heard, budgets need clarity, guests travelling overseas need real care, catering and permits need handling, and the couple should feel present through every function.

Beach permit, mandap setup, sunset timing, guest movement

Production, lighting, licensed catering, vendor timing

Stage, sound within curfew, artist coordination, guest flow
We don't shortlist by brochure beauty alone. We check guest count, room blocks, the real indoor wet-weather backup, beach-permit feasibility, buy-out terms, event flow, transport and production access.
Our planning fee stays separate from vendor and resort billing, so decisions stay clean and costs stay visible — even across currencies.
A Thai resort kitchen is not an Indian kitchen. We confirm whether licensed outside Indian and Jain caterers are allowed, with what kitchen access, and plan menus your guests actually recognise.
Overseas arrivals into HKT, room blocks across resorts, welcome desks, RSVPs, transfers and family support are planned from day one.
Beach-ceremony permits, public-beach sound curfews, the monsoon calendar and a firm wet-weather backup are tracked early — we plan the season, not against it.
Sujay Pathak, Ruchita Pathak and Aloha Mehta lead planning standards and execution quality, on-ground in Phuket.
A beach ceremony on a public stretch is not automatic — it usually needs a permit, and public beaches carry sound curfews that affect your big night. Most luxury resorts allow licensed outside Indian and Jain catering, but kitchen access, corkage and timing vary and must be agreed up front. We confirm what each venue allows and plan a real wet-weather backup — we don't improvise on the day.
Phuket International Airport (HKT), in Mai Khao at the north of the island, has direct flights from several Indian cities — Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Hyderabad among them, on carriers such as Air India, Air India Express, IndiGo, Akasa and Thai Vietjet (Delhi is roughly a 4h40m flight). We plan airport meet-and-greet, transfers to the resorts, room blocks across properties and a welcome desk. Indian passport holders currently enter Thailand visa-free for tourism for up to 60 days, and all arrivals complete the free Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) within 72 hours before arrival — we confirm each guest's category and make no legal promises.
A legal marriage in Thailand is registered at a District Office (Amphur) and typically requires an Affirmation of Freedom to Marry from your home-country embassy in Bangkok, a certified Thai translation, legalisation by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs and two witnesses — steps that usually mean time in Bangkok. Because of that, most Indian couples keep the legal registration at home and treat Phuket as the celebration. We coordinate the ceremony, not the legal filing, and recommend confirming current rules with the relevant authority and your embassy.
Phuket weddings vary widely by resort, guest count, hospitality, decor, production, artists and whether you buy out a property — and overseas factors like flights, room blocks, licensed Indian catering and beach permits all shape the figure. Rather than quote a misleading number, share your dates, guest count and budget range, and we'll give realistic venue direction and a budget shape that fits.
Tell us guest count, month and budget, and we'll shortlist the right fit.
We'll audit it for guest flow, backup spaces and real logistics before you block dates.
We help families decide by guest profile, budget shape and the experience you want.
Tell us where you are in the process. We'll help you make the next decision calmly: beach vs clifftop, buy-out vs room block, venue fit, guest count, budget shape, catering or wedding-week plan.
