The photographs matter. So does what families remember from a well-planned luxury wedding: parents staying calm, guests feeling looked after, budgets staying visible and functions beginning on time.
“The team's preparation allowed us to enter every celebration with confidence and leave with only good memories. That is the real measure of good planning.”
Raghav & Radhika
02Vishal & Khushboo“Elite understood that we did not want a sequence of events. We wanted a weekend that felt like a natural extension of who we are. They made that happen without us having to explain it twice.”
Vishal & Khushboo
These couples trusted us. Their Thailand weddings were planned with one accountable team, one flat fee and zero vendor markups.
Beachfront ceremonies, sunset receptions, resort or private-villa celebrations, a relaxed tropical mood and a guest list that enjoys a few days by the sea.
Choosing the right coast for your month, guest travel and visa paperwork, licensed outside Indian or Jain caterers, beach-ceremony sound and timing rules, and legal-marriage formalities being separate from the ceremony.
Island and venue shortlisting, resort liaison, Indian and Jain catering, guest travel and visa guidance, room blocks and transfers, decor, vendors, on-ground permissions guidance and full wedding-week production.
Genuinely beautiful coastlines — the Andaman side (Phuket, Krabi) and the calmer Gulf island of Koh Samui.
A deep bench of beachfront resorts and private villas built for events, many with in-house Indian-wedding teams.
Easy guest access: direct flights to Phuket from Mumbai and Delhi, with Krabi and Koh Samui a short connection away.
A natural celebration format: welcome dinner, mehendi, haldi by the pool, sangeet, beach or lawn pheras and a sunset reception.
Strong value relative to comparable beach luxury, with experienced wedding and catering teams.
A spread of styles — from large full-service resorts to intimate buy-out villas — to match your guest profile.

A wedding in Thailand should feel unhurried — every hour planned so your family can simply be present.
Beautiful sea-front photographs matter. But what families remember is whether flights and arrivals were handled, rooms were ready, transfers ran on time, the Indian or Jain food was right, and every function began without panic — across a few relaxed days by the water.
Ready to plan your Thailand wedding?
Beach weddings go wrong when planners ignore the basics: picking the wrong coast for the month, leaving guest travel and arrival paperwork to chance, assuming any caterer can serve Indian or Jain food on-site, ignoring beach-ceremony sound and sunset timing, and confusing a symbolic ceremony with a legal marriage. We plan for all of it before it becomes a problem on the ground.
The single most important Thailand decision is the island, because the Andaman and Gulf coasts sit on opposite monsoons. Phuket and Krabi are at their best in the dry NE-monsoon window (roughly December to March); Koh Samui runs on a different calendar and is wettest late in the year, so for certain dates the Gulf is the safer pick. The right choice also depends on guest access, the resort or villa style you want and your guest count.
Tell us your wedding month, guest count and budget range. We match the right coast first, then shortlist resorts and villas that actually fit your celebration — catering, beach access, backup spaces and guest rooms — not just the brochure.

From first island shortlist to final guest departure, Elite's principals and planning team keep design, catering, hospitality, vendors and guest travel under one operating plan — and we are present at the resort through the wedding week, not coordinating from afar.

Planning & production standards

Design, hospitality & family experience

Detail control, guest flow & execution quality
A destination wedding overseas is not only decor. Families want to feel heard, budgets need clarity, guests who travelled need real care, and the couple should feel present through every function by the sea.

Venue liaison, beach setup, ceremony timing, guest movement

Production, lighting, vendor timing, hospitality

Stage, sound, artist coordination, guest flow
We choose the island before the venue. The Andaman and Gulf coasts sit on opposite seasons, so we match Phuket, Krabi or Koh Samui to your dates first — then shortlist properties.
We arrange licensed Indian and Jain catering on-site and work with resort kitchens, so menus are authentic and food safety is handled — not improvised.
Flights, arrival guidance, airport transfers, room blocks, welcome desks and family support are planned from day one for an overseas guest list.
Our planning fee stays separate from vendor billing, so decisions stay clean and vendor costs stay visible.
Decor, florals, stage, sound, lighting, power, beach permissions and setup timing are planned as one system, with monsoon backup spaces.
Sujay Pathak, Ruchita Pathak and Aloha Mehta lead planning standards and execution quality, on the ground through the wedding week.
Phuket (HKT) has direct flights from Mumbai and Delhi; Krabi (KBV) has limited direct service and Koh Samui (USM) is usually reached via Bangkok or Phuket. Depending on nationality, Thailand offers visa-exemption, visa-on-arrival and a Thailand e-Visa, but rules for Indian passport holders have changed more than once — so we don't promise a fixed category. We confirm each guest's current visa route at the time of booking, help with the digital arrival card and transfers, and make no immigration promises.
Authentic Indian and Jain food on a Thai beach takes planning: many resorts require licensed outside caterers or work with their own kitchens under supervision. We arrange this properly so menus are right and food safety is handled.
A religious or symbolic beach ceremony in Thailand is cultural, not a legal marriage. Legal registration happens at a district (Amphur) office and needs documents such as an embassy Affirmation of Freedom to Marry, translated and legalised. Most Indian couples register their marriage at home and hold the celebration here — we'll talk you through whichever route you prefer. We don't give legal advice.
Thailand beach weddings vary widely by island, season, guest count, resort or villa choice, catering, decor, production and artists. Rather than quote a misleading figure, share your dates, guest count and budget range — we'll give realistic island and venue direction and a budget shape that fits.
Tell us guest count, month and budget, and we'll shortlist the right fit.
We'll audit it for guest flow, backup spaces and real logistics before you block dates.
We help families decide by guest profile, budget shape and the experience you want.
Tell us where you are in the process. We'll help you make the next decision calmly: which coast fits your dates, venue fit, guest travel, catering, guest count, budget shape or wedding-week plan.
