Sri Lanka season & monsoon planning
The south-west coast is best Nov–Apr; the SW monsoon (roughly May–Sep) is wrong for south-coast beach functions, while the east coast runs opposite. We lock dates to the correct window and keep an indoor-ballroom backup ready for any tropical shower.

Outside Indian caterers & decor imports
Indian families want their own caterers, halwai live counters, mandap and decor. We negotiate outside-caterer access, plan customs and import logistics for spices, idols and decor into Sri Lanka, and brief the kitchen — so the food and rituals are authentically yours.

Room-block strategy
With around 274 rooms and suites, most or all of the wedding party can stay on-property. We structure and negotiate the block, keep families grouped by function, and plan vetted nearby south-coast overflow only if your numbers run very large.

Flights & ground transfers
A ~3–3.5-hour flight lands at Colombo (CMB); from there it's a domestic hop to Mattala (HRI) or a ~3.5–4-hour coach on the Southern Expressway. We plan arrivals, meet-and-greet, baggage, fleets and the welcome desk so guests arrive relaxed.

An international wedding on Sri Lanka's deep south coast is a short flight from India, but flights, transfers, the room block and the monsoon calendar all need a plan. We run all of it.
Flight from India: ~3–3.5 h to Colombo / Bandaranaike Intl (CMB) from major Indian metros
Onward to resort: Domestic hop to Mattala Rajapaksa Intl (HRI) ~30 min away, or ~3.5–4 h coach on the Southern Expressway from Colombo
Transfers: Airport meet-and-greet, coaches/SUV fleets and inter-function movement arranged by Elite
