A baraat under marble arches, mehendi in a courtyard scented with frangipani, a pheras at dusk as the Aravallis turn rose-gold. Jaipur is where a wedding becomes a coronation — and we hold the palace doors that most couples can only photograph from outside.

View venue & datesNo city in India wears a wedding quite like Jaipur. Within a fifteen-minute radius you can stage a sangeet in a 18th-century haveli courtyard, a pheras on a palace lawn the Maharajas once played polo on, and a reception under a sky lit by the city's old observatory. The pink sandstone, the marble jharokhas, the liveried staff who have served royalty for generations — none of it has to be built or rented in. It is simply there, waiting for your guest list.
The season is decisive. Plan for late October to mid-March, when days settle into a clear 18–25°C and evenings turn pleasantly cool for outdoor pheras and open-air dinners. November to February is the coveted peak — book these dates twelve to eighteen months out, as the marquee palaces release a limited number of wedding weekends each year. March is a quietly brilliant shoulder window: the same golden light, softer rates, more open dates. We steer you away from monsoon and the May–June heat entirely.
Logistics are kind here, which matters for an NRI guest list. Jaipur International Airport sits roughly 25 minutes from the city palaces, with direct Gulf connections (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi) and a constant flow from Delhi — a comfortable bridge for guests flying in from the UK, US or Australia. We negotiate the room blocks, choreograph airport pickups and the baraat procession, manage permissions and the at-cost vendor stack end to end — so your family arrives to a wedding that simply unfolds.
We have worked these Jaipur palaces since 2011 — which means preferred partner rates, inside knowledge of availability, and off-market dates the public enquiry form will never show you.
Venue, decor, catering, photography — you see and pay the actual supplier invoice, with zero markup. Our income is one flat planning fee, agreed in writing. Never a percentage of your budget.
We deliberately take a handful of weddings a year so a founder is on the ground for yours — through every recce, tasting, baraat and bidaai, not a junior with a clipboard.
Room blocks, airport transfers, guest welcome kits, dietary and ritual coordination across time zones — we run the entire arrival experience so guests flying in from London or Sydney land into ease.
How we save you money
A planner's first job is to save you money. We negotiate venue rates and inclusions hard — our 14-year relationships mean pricing new clients simply can't get on their own.
Every venue, decor, catering and photography bill is passed to you at cost. Our income is one flat fee, so we never pad an invoice.
We organise and rate-negotiate group guest transfers — so 200+ guests move smoothly without you overpaying car by car.
We secure complimentary recce stays so you see the venue in person before you commit — at no extra cost to you.
We build extras into the deal — high-tea packages, added room nights, upgrades — value most couples never think to ask for.
We know the dates that cost less and the spaces that fit your guest count — without compromising the day.

Insider tips
Late October to mid-March is the wedding season, when days are clear and 18–25°C and evenings are cool enough for outdoor pheras. November to February is the peak — most beautiful, most in demand, so book twelve to eighteen months ahead. Early March is an excellent value window with the same golden light and softer rates. We avoid the summer heat and monsoon entirely.
It varies widely by property and by how you use the spaces, so we don't quote fixed numbers here — capacities shift between intimate haveli courtyards and sprawling palace lawns. Tell us your headcount and guest profile and we'll match you to venues that fit comfortably, including room-block availability for everyone staying on site.
Often, yes. Fourteen years of partnership with Jaipur's palaces means we hear about availability and off-market dates before they surface publicly, and we hold preferred partner rates. It's one of the clearest advantages of planning with an established planner rather than enquiring cold.
Jaipur International Airport is about 25 minutes from the city palaces, with direct Gulf links (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi) and frequent Delhi connections that make it an easy onward hop for guests from the UK, US, UAE and Australia. We arrange the room blocks, airport transfers and welcome logistics so arrival is effortless.
Never. We charge one flat planning fee, agreed in writing before we begin. Every vendor bill — venue, decor, catering, photography — is passed to you at cost with no markup, so you always see the real supplier invoice. It keeps our advice honest and our incentives aligned with yours.
