Phuket and Koh Samui hold the headland villas, ballrooms and lawns you need for a haldi, a sangeet, beach pheras and a sunset reception; Bangkok adds grand five-star riverside venues for couples who want a city wedding. Your first real decision is the island, because the Andaman and Gulf coasts sit on opposite monsoons.
Timing follows the coast. Phuket, on the Andaman side, is driest from roughly December to March, inside a wider November-to-April dry window. Koh Samui runs on a different calendar and is wettest late in the year, so for some dates the Gulf island is the safer call, while Bangkok is at its kindest in the cooler, drier months. We pick the venue to fit your date, never the other way round, and always plan a covered backup for a tropical shower.
Then the logistics. Phuket (HKT) takes direct flights from Mumbai and Delhi; Koh Samui (USM) is a short hop via Bangkok or Phuket; Bangkok's two airports are superbly connected for an NRI guest list. - Lock your room block early; guest accommodation, not the venue, is usually the first thing to sell out.
- Ask for the real per-space capacity for YOUR layout — published numbers assume a setup that may not be yours.
- Plan around the season — shoulder months often mean better light, lower rates and calmer venues.

Do Indian guests need a visa for Thailand?
It depends on the rules in force when you travel. Thailand offers visa-exemption, visa-on-arrival and an e-Visa depending on nationality, and the rules for Indian passport holders have changed more than once in recent years. We confirm each guest's current visa route at the time of booking, including digital arrival-card requirements, and help with transfers. We never make immigration promises — always check the latest official rules before travel.
Can we have Indian and Jain food at a Thailand venue?
Yes. Some resorts require a licensed outside Indian caterer; others cook in-house under our supervision. Either way we arrange authentic Indian and Jain catering on-site, so the menus are right and food safety is handled rather than improvised — at every venue on this page.
