View venue & datesThailand gives an Indian or NRI wedding a rare mix: real beach-and-villa beauty, resorts built for multi-day celebrations, and an easy flight from home. Phuket and Koh Samui hold the headland villas, ballrooms and lawns you need for a haldi, a sangeet, beach pheras and a sunset reception; Bangkok adds grand five-star riverside venues for couples who want a city wedding. Your first real decision is the island, because the Andaman and Gulf coasts sit on opposite monsoons.
Timing follows the coast. Phuket, on the Andaman side, is driest from roughly December to March, inside a wider November-to-April dry window. Koh Samui runs on a different calendar and is wettest late in the year, so for some dates the Gulf island is the safer call, while Bangkok is at its kindest in the cooler, drier months. We pick the venue to fit your date, never the other way round, and always plan a covered backup for a tropical shower.
Then the logistics. Phuket (HKT) takes direct flights from Mumbai and Delhi; Koh Samui (USM) is a short hop via Bangkok or Phuket; Bangkok's two airports are superbly connected for an NRI guest list. Elite handles guest-travel guidance, room blocks, airport transfers, licensed Indian and Jain catering, decor, beach permissions and the full wedding week — on one flat planning fee agreed in writing, with every venue bill passed at cost through our 14-year partner relationships.
Preferred partner rates, inside availability and off-market dates at Thailand's most-wanted resorts and villas — because we book them year after year.
One planning fee agreed in writing, never a percentage of your budget. Venue, decor, catering and photography bills all pass through at cost, with no markup.
We match Phuket, Koh Samui or Bangkok to your dates before we shortlist a single property, so your month and your venue actually work together.
Since 2011 and 220+ weddings, taking only two a month. Our principals are at the resort through the wedding week, not coordinating from afar.
How we save you money
A planner's first job is to save you money. We negotiate venue rates and inclusions hard — our 14-year relationships mean pricing new clients simply can't get on their own.
Every venue, decor, catering and photography bill is passed to you at cost. Our income is one flat fee, so we never pad an invoice.
We organise and rate-negotiate group guest transfers — so 200+ guests move smoothly without you overpaying car by car.
We secure complimentary recce stays so you see the venue in person before you commit — at no extra cost to you.
We build extras into the deal — high-tea packages, added room nights, upgrades — value most couples never think to ask for.
We know the dates that cost less and the spaces that fit your guest count — without compromising the day.

Insider tips
It depends on the coast. Phuket, on the Andaman side, is driest from roughly December to March, within a wider November-to-April dry window. Koh Samui sits on the Gulf with a different calendar and is wettest late in the year, so for some dates it is the safer pick, while Bangkok is most comfortable in the cooler, drier months. We match the venue to your month and always plan a covered backup for a tropical shower.
Phuket offers the easiest access and the widest range of large beachfront resorts and private villas. Koh Samui is a calmer Gulf island on a different season window, ideal for intimate clifftop and hillside celebrations. Bangkok suits couples who want a grand city wedding in a riverside five-star ballroom. The right choice comes down to your dates, guest count, access and the style of venue you picture.
Phuket (HKT) has direct flights from Mumbai and Delhi. Koh Samui (USM) is usually reached via a short connection through Bangkok or Phuket, and Bangkok's airports are very well connected worldwide for NRI guests. We plan flight guidance, airport transfers and room blocks so an overseas guest list arrives smoothly across a few relaxed days.
It depends on the rules in force when you travel. Thailand offers visa-exemption, visa-on-arrival and an e-Visa depending on nationality, and the rules for Indian passport holders have changed more than once in recent years. We confirm each guest's current visa route at the time of booking, including digital arrival-card requirements, and help with transfers. We never make immigration promises — always check the latest official rules before travel.
Yes. Some resorts require a licensed outside Indian caterer; others cook in-house under our supervision. Either way we arrange authentic Indian and Jain catering on-site, so the menus are right and food safety is handled rather than improvised — at every venue on this page.
