The photographs matter. So does what families remember from a well-planned luxury wedding: parents staying calm, guests feeling looked after, budgets staying visible and functions beginning on time.
“The team's preparation allowed us to enter every celebration with confidence and leave with only good memories. That is the real measure of good planning.”
Raghav & Radhika
02Vishal & Khushboo“Elite understood that we did not want a sequence of events. We wanted a weekend that felt like a natural extension of who we are. They made that happen without us having to explain it twice.”
Vishal & Khushboo
These couples trusted us. Their Ranthambore weddings were planned with one accountable team, one flat fee and zero vendor markups.
Intimate, near-buyout celebrations in a forest setting — tented-camp luxury, a curated guest list and a wedding that feels like a private wilderness escape rather than a ballroom evening.
Most resorts are small-key, so large lists need careful venue choice or overflow; the airport is in Jaipur (~3–3.5 hrs away); the fort and reserve interior cannot be hired; and park season and weather windows shape the calendar.
Near-buyout venue shortlisting, room blocks across resorts, Jaipur-convoy and rail logistics, decor, vendors, weather and season planning and full wedding-week production.
A rare setting — luxury tented camps and wildlife resorts on the edge of a living tiger reserve, framed by the Aravalli forest and the silhouette of Ranthambore Fort.
An intimacy palace cities can't match: many addresses host as near-buyouts, so the whole property becomes your wedding.
A wilderness-escape mood for the guest list — morning safaris, forest dinners and starlit, lantern-lit celebrations.
A natural multi-day rhythm: welcome, mehendi, haldi, sangeet, pheras and reception, spread calmly across a single campus.
Quiet exclusivity that reads beautifully on camera without trying to compete with a fort or a lake palace.
Practical reach for an offbeat destination — Jaipur's international airport within driving distance and a well-connected railhead at Sawai Madhopur.

A wedding in Ranthambore should feel unhurried — every hour planned so your family can simply be present.
Beautiful photographs come easily here — forest light, lantern-lit dinners and the reserve as a backdrop. But what families remember is whether guests reached comfortably from Jaipur, rooms were ready across a small-key property, vendors and materials arrived into a forest location on time, open-air power and lighting held, and every function began without panic.
Ready to plan your Ranthambore wedding?
Wildlife-edge weddings go sideways when planners underestimate small room inventories, the long road from Jaipur, vendor and material transport into a forest location, park-season and weather windows, power and lighting in open settings and the reality that the fort and reserve interior cannot be hired. We plan for all of it before it becomes a problem.
Both make for unforgettable Ranthambore weddings. The right choice depends on guest count, how much you value a full buyout, room blocks, whether you want a palace-style look or a true camp, and your function style.
Tell us your wedding month, guest count and budget range. We shortlist tented-camp, wildlife-resort and palace-style venues that fit the celebration and the logistics — not just the brochure — and flag which ones work only as near-buyouts.

From first venue shortlist to final guest departure, Elite's principals and planning team keep design, hospitality, vendors, transport and guest logistics under one operating plan — which matters more, not less, in a forest location.

Planning & production standards

Design, hospitality & family experience

Detail control, guest flow & execution quality
A destination wedding is not only decor. Families want to feel heard, budgets need clarity, guests need care across a small-key property, transport into a forest location needs handling, and the couple should feel present through the celebration.

Venue liaison, decor setup, ceremony timing, guest movement

Production, open-air lighting, vendor timing, hospitality

Stage, sound, artist coordination, guest flow
We don't shortlist by brochure beauty alone. We check guest count against small room inventories, near-buyout fit, backup spaces, function flow, transport access and open-air production needs before any date is held.
Our planning fee stays separate from vendor billing, so decisions stay clean and vendor costs stay visible.
Jaipur arrivals and convoys, rail transfers from Sawai Madhopur, rooming across resorts, welcome desks, RSVPs and family support are planned from day one.
Vendor and material transport into a forest location, power, lighting, park-season and weather windows are tracked early, with realistic lead times.
Decor, florals, stage, sound, lighting, power and setup timing are planned as one system for open-air and tented settings.
Sujay Pathak, Ruchita Pathak and Aloha Mehta lead planning standards and execution quality.
Ranthambore Fort is an ASI-protected monument that sits entirely inside the tiger reserve and Project Tiger protected area. Most of it is not open to the public and is reached only via authorised safari vehicles or on foot to the Trinetra Ganesh temple — it is not available for private wedding hire. Couples celebrate at the jungle-luxury resorts and tented camps near Sawai Madhopur, often with the fort and forest as a backdrop, not as the venue. We plan around what is genuinely possible and don't make promises the reserve rules don't allow.
Legal solemnisation in India typically runs under the Special Marriage Act, 1954, which involves a 30-day notice/residency requirement and documentation. For travel, most nationalities are eligible for India's e-Visa (including the e-Tourist Visa) — we confirm each guest's category — and all foreign nationals now complete the mandatory e-Arrival Card before arrival. Many couples keep the legal registration at home and treat Ranthambore as the celebration — we coordinate the ceremony, not the legal filing, and recommend confirming current rules with the relevant authority.
Ranthambore weddings vary widely by venue, guest count, hospitality, decor, production and artists, and near-buyout camps carry a different cost shape from larger resorts — open-air setups and material transport into a forest location also add to production. Rather than quote a misleading number, share your dates, guest count and budget range — we'll give realistic venue direction and a budget shape that fits.
Tell us guest count, month and budget, and we'll shortlist the right fit.
We'll audit it for guest flow, backup spaces and real logistics before you block dates.
We help families decide by guest profile, budget shape and the experience you want.
Tell us where you are in the process. We will help you make the next decision calmly: tented camp vs larger resort, near-buyout fit, venue and guest count, budget shape or wedding-week plan.
